Read from my passport while waiting for a domestic transfer shuttle. Talk about late night thoughts. Too many to mention right now. I needed a couple of days to get my head together. These past few months have been…a lot to say the least. I have about 5 blog posts that I’ve started, but never finished for some reason through those months. A lot of unfinished thoughts, but no unfinished business. Eventually, I’ll get around to those posts.

I left Singapore 2 days ago and after a long journey, I finally made it to India. I’ve been in my dad’s village for the past couple of days, but am going to be making moves once again. I went to Mamta School yesterday for the first time since my visit to India early this year. Oh, how great it was to hear the familiar screaming and laughter of the kids. I missed them.

This upcoming week, I’ll head to another local NGO to work and learn about the needs of the area. There’s a lot to learn and the best way to learn is to be working hands on on while we maintain as well as develop new programming for Aahana.  A lot is on the horizon and I can feel something big coming. We’ve been gearing up for this and although our new projects are going to take time, I’m confident they’ll have a sustainable and strong impact when they’re launched.
